Refunds
Once we have received goods for a refund, we will only process the payment back onto the card originally used to place the order. We do not require any further details to do this as, through our payment provider, we can refund up to the amount of the original order without any further information.
All refunds will be processed within seven working days upon receipt of the returned goods.
Cancelling an Order
If you change your mind once you have placed an order, you have the right to cancel the contract if the order has not yet been dispatched. In this case we will refund you immediately.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order then we will be pleased to accept any returns within 14 days from the receipt of your order as long as the item is in a saleable condition and returned to us with the original product packaging and labels still in tact.
Please return the goods to us at the following address and include your original invoice along with the refund note send with your original order, detailing any item that you wish to receive in replacement or alternatively if you would prefer to be refunded.

Linnell Countrywear will not be held liable for any items lost in transit; we therefore recommend that any items which are sent back to us, are done so using a recorded and reliable method. Regretfully, we are unable to pay for the cost of a return postage but will send out any exchanged items free of charge to the UK.
If you are returning goods from outside the EU, then please clearly state on the package that the goods are being returned to the supplier for an exchange or refund.
The above complies with Section’s 9 to 14 of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
Exchanges
If you have requested a replacement, subject to stock availability, we will dispatch the new item within 3 working days.
If you would like to exchange for an item of higher value, then please contact us with your credit card details so that we can process the transaction for the extra amount.
If the item for replacement is a lower value, we will refund the difference.
If we are unable to fulfill a replacement order, we will contact you as soon as possible with an alternative suggestion or offer a refund.
Faulty Goods
If you have received goods which you believe to be faulty, then please contact us and we will resolve the situation as quickly as possible once.
