Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order then we will be pleased to accept any returns within 14 days from the receipt of your order as long as the item is in a saleable condition and returned to us with the original product packaging and labels still in tact.
Please return the goods to us at the following address and include your original invoice along with the refund note send with your original order, detailing any item that you wish to receive in replacement or alternatively if you would prefer to be refunded.

Linnell Countrywear will not be held liable for any items lost in transit; we therefore recommend that any items which are sent back to us, are done so using a recorded and reliable method. Regretfully, we are unable to pay for the cost of a return postage but will send out any exchanged items free of charge to the UK.
If you are returning goods from outside the EU, then please clearly state on the package that the goods are being returned to the supplier for an exchange or refund.

Delivery
We will endeavour to dispatch orders by the following day subject to stock availability. During busy periods this may take longer so please let us know if you require your order imminently or use our Next Day delivery service. Please note that orders must be placed by 10am for delivery by the next working day.
On the whole, most UK orders will be dispatched using DPD Local. Through them, we offer an efficient delivery service with a one hour delivery window as part of our standard free UK mainland delivery service. Once we have dispatched your order, DPD Local will contact you directly through text and email to arrange a convenient time to make delivery.
